Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum is two to three trays of different dishes. A half tray feeds about 6–8 guests, and a full tray feeds about 12–15. Tell us your group size and we'll help you plan the right amount.
How far in advance should I order?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for catering orders. For larger groups or holiday dates, the earlier the better, since we book up quickly.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Pickup is available for all orders. Delivery is available within 4 miles for orders over $300, with no delivery fee. Orders under $300 (before tax) incur a $15 delivery fee. Let us know your address and we'll confirm.
Do you offer vegetarian, gluten-free, or other dietary options?
Yes. Many of our dishes can be made vegetarian, and we can accommodate most dietary needs. Mention any allergies or restrictions when you order and our team will guide you.
Are plates, utensils, and serving equipment included?
Trays come ready to serve. Plates, napkins, utensils, and serving spoons are available upon request.
Do you require a deposit, and what's your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit confirms your order, with the balance due at pickup or delivery. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead receive a full refund. After that, the deposit is non-refundable since food is prepared for your order.
How do I keep the food warm, and how long is it good for?
Hot food trays can stay covered in a 200°F oven until you're ready to serve. For best quality and food safety, enjoy within 2 hours of pickup, and refrigerate leftovers promptly.
